Just thought I'd mention, in case you don't know, there is a book with Lowell Gomsrud's name in it, which describes the artillery fire from Vindicator 69.  The book is about Military Justice in Vietnam, and the chapter mentioning Gomsrud's name, is about his attempts to get solatia payment for the Viet who lived near the base after his home was destroyed.  I'll be happy to email you the chapters about it if you desire. It mentions how Redball got 120 arty shells from Vindicator 69.  The Viet guy says 2 Hueys fired on his house, as well. The guys at the Plum Farm also say there were 2 Hueys.
